Fire Incidents

A bush fire is burning within the **Wadbilliga National Park**, approximately 20 km north-west of Cobargo. Fire activity continues to increase across the fireground and is burning in an easterly and south easterly direction. The fire is currently 260 hectares in size and not yet contained.

A large bush fire is burning in Victoria, in the **Mt Lawson National Park** area, south of the Murray River and approximately 50km east of Albury. The **fire remains south of the Murray River** and is not currently threatening property in NSW. If the situation changes and NSW properties are threatened, appropriate warning levels and community calls to action will be issued. NSW residents **should not** travel south into Victoria between Wymah Ferry Road and Bringenbrong.
